TRADITION - COMMUNITY - SIMPLICITY

Nosotros

CASA AGNI

We are a boutique yoga studio devoted to honoring and transmitting the lineage and tradition of yoga from a space of care, respect, and deep love for our students.

We are not a gym, nor are we driven by fitness trends. Our intention is to share yoga in its purest form. For this reason, physical strengthening is not our primary goal. Instead, we focus on the mind on calming its fluctuations and on offering tools for self-care, self-inquiry, and self-love.

At Casa Agni, yoga is a path of awareness, presence, and inner transformation, cultivated with patience, devotion, and integrity. Our studio does not offer levels, because in yoga, levels do not truly exist. Levels only distract us from the real purpose of the practice. Yoga is not a competition — neither with ourselves nor with others.

Our teachers are trained to offer a wide range of variations, honoring the many different bodies that exist, and supporting each student exactly where they are.

Born and raised in Chile, South America.

I began practicing yoga in 2015 alongside my mother. During a time when I felt lost about what to study and which path to follow, yoga entered my life and gently showed me the direction I was meant to take. In 2016, I began my first formal yoga studies in Santiago, Chile, immersing myself in Integral Yoga for a full year. This experience awakened deep memories of who I truly am, a being full of light, love, and life  and revealed to me the importance of sharing this path with others.

In 2021, I studied Vinyasa Krama for the second time with a dedicated group of students who were already walking a more established path of practice. That same year, I began practicing Ashtanga Yoga with deep devotion to the method.

Today, I dedicate myself fully to teaching and to creating experiences that bring together people who walk a path of awareness, love, and respect. I deeply believe that now, more than ever, we need safe spaces, refuges, and communities that help us feel at peace with ourselves and that is Casa Agni.

I am the teacher guiding the Ashtanga classes, Mindful mobility & Vinyasa Krama on Tuesdays.
